Media Conference – Hawk Cliff Campaign Launch

Please join TTLT staff and volunteers at the Kettle Creek Golf and Country Club on September 17th at 11:00 for the media launch of the Soaring Higher: Hawk Cliff Woods and Beyond Campaign.  We will be launching the campaign and providing expertly guided tours following some light refreshments.

Explore Hawk Cliff with a guided tour!  Please join TTLT staff and volunteers for expertly guided tours of this stunning property and experience first hand the beauty of Hawk Cliff.  TTLT will be onsite from 10:30 to 4:00, tours will take place at 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. and will highlight the natural features of the property, resident species and restoration plans. 


Soaring Higher, Hawk Cliff and Beyond Campaign Launch

Each autumn, hundreds of observers are attracted to Hawk Cliff by the spectacular phenomenon of hawk migration.  Hawk Cliff is also important for the study of the Monarch butterfly, a species of Special Concern.  Help TTLT protect and enhance Hawk Cliff Woods in perpetuity. Tours  will be available. Bring a friend and explore this beautiful property.

Hawk Cliff Woods is located east of Port Stanley at 4799 Hawk Cliff Road, Union, ON

Directions: From Hwy 4 (Sunset Drive) south of St Thomas turn east at Union onto Sparta Line (Cty Rd 27). At Fairview Rd (Cty Rd 22) turn right (south) and drive 3.3km south to the intersection with Dexter Line (Cty Rd 24). Continue south on the unpaved road (Hawk Cliff Rd).
